The cap and straw make staying hydrated, particularly while breastfeeding extremely easy.

Love the straw attachment. I am able to drink so much more as it only requires one hand and I find myself gulping water down more easily. I am quite fussy with how tap water smells so this also helps negate the issue .

I haven’t used the actual lid for the water bottle because I don’t have a system for what to do with the straw and cap when not in use . This means I have accidentally spilt my water a few times when it was full and knocked on its side. Not the end of the world and I’d be more worried about losing a part of this then spilling a bit of water.
