EASY RETURNS

At Pip and Lenny we want you to love your purchase as much as we do.

We thoughtfully select our products and ensure they are of the best quality, sustainable and comfortable for your littles.

If however, your item is faulty we will happily offer an exchange, refund or store credit under the following conditions.

Returns 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused with tags on and in the same condition that you received it. 

To complete your return, you will need your order confirmation or number.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

Please contact us via email: returns@pipandlenny.com.au prior to sending the items you wish to return or lodge a return online via the returns portal.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it.

When a refund is approved, it will then be processed and a store credit will be created or, where appropriate, the funds will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. We are happy to discuss an exchange or store credit for sale items.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We will replace your item if it arrives defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at returns@pipandlenny.com.au and send your item to:

Please know that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty. If you receive an exchange, the cost of return shipping will be sent as a PayPal request. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We do try our best to organise exchanges in a timely manner.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
